- 3 tablespoons sesame oil divided
- 8 oz boneless beef short rib sliced into most 1 or ane one/2 inch pieces

- 2 teaspoons Shaoxing wine Chinese rice wine
- 4 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- i pinch granulated saccharide
- salt and pepper to taste (if desired)
- 2 cups fresh mung edible bean sprouts
